Refund policy

 

We hope you'll love our products, but we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out.

We offer a 14 day return policy, meaning you'll have 14 days after receiving your item to request and complete a return. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns.

Please note: In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and resaleable condition, unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us with your order number, the reason for return, and "Return" in the subject line by emailing us at orders@ourplayfield.com.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
