How do I use The Bailey Kit?

That's the beauty of The Bailey Kit - it's a modular, multifunctional kit, which means you can customize it to suit how you move about the world.

For more casual outings with your dog, we prefer wearing The Bailey Sling Bag in a crossbody manner, with The Bailey Treat and Ball Pouch attached onto the belt strap, just above the main body of the Sling Bag. Another option would be to attach the Pouch to the D ring on the Sling Bag using the locking carabiner. In this position, you can use the retractable water bottle pocket so that it sits diagonally against your body for the most upright support.

For more active and focused training sessions or runs, we recommend wearing The Bailey Sling Bag around your waist, with The Bailey Treat and Ball Pouch positioned upright alongside the main body of the Sling Bag on the belt strap.

This is also the best position to go hands-free with a dog that tends to pull more, as the attachment to the D ring will be at a lower center of gravity. You can go hands-free with any leash you own by attaching it directly to the D ring on the Sling Bag using the locking carabiner.

When training your dog using The Bailey Treat and Ball Pouch, we encourage you to keep the pouch unzipped, relying on the magnetic flap closure to keep treats from spilling out. When you are done training, you can zip up the Pouch fully for complete security.

How do I clean the products?

To extend the lifespan of your products, we recommend spot cleaning as needed using cold water and a mild detergent. Hang or lie flat to gently air dry.

Shipping and Returns

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States and Canada. We're working on expanding internationally soon. Let us know where you'd like us to ship!

When will my order ship?

In stock products will typically be fulfilled and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted. Please note that orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday.

How much is shipping?

Shipping will vary depending on your location and the weight of your total order, which will be calculated upon check out. However, we do offer free shipping on orders over $100!

What is your return policy?

We hope you'll love our products, but we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out.

We offer a 14 day return policy, meaning you'll have 14 days after receiving your item to request and complete a return. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns.

Please note: In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and resaleable condition, unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
